third term at Art Center College of Design has come to an end, and with it comes a finished short film titled The Lobby, which will be released once I lock color and sound, and an ocean of possibilities. No five year plans, just step by step, looking for the next surprise.

im currently taking a grad film elective for production design pre-visualization with some super talented illustrator undergrads at art center and im in the science fiction group with the spec script neuromancer
i chose to design a super awesome interior set for this main villain that has a crazy mainframe computer station that lowers into the ground
shown above are some preliminary sketches to get some ideas across and the next step is a more detailed floor plan and a revised sketch
my sketches should improve

its day 1 of week 7 here at art center college of design mfa broadcast cinema and the above is a recap of the 2 shorts ive shot so far and they mostly explore technique and film theory such as a film about making coffee or illustrating film scholar mamuts ideas so theyre not very entertaining but at a glimpse they almost look alright
have been the busiest ever 24/7 missing san francisco and stuff and stuff

finally finalized the silver swans official music video featuring the awesome talent of helen and myself running around a beach north of san francisco and its the bands first video so thats kinda cool and they are native to sf so its fitting i wrapped it up before both helen and myself depart san francisco next month
oh and i was recently accepted into art center college of design in pasadena and will likely be attending starting september as a prospective masters in broadcast cinema with emphasis on direction
